Enchanted Forest on the Buncombe Horse Range Trail

A beautiful “enchanted” red spruce forest on Buncombe Horse Range Ridge. This trail provides a glimpse into what much of the high elevations in the region looked like before nearly all the red spruce were logged in the early 20th century.
